The C&C of Honolulu has moved into Tier 3 of its reopening strategy. For more information see this message.

As of 12:01 a.m. this morning, the City and County of Honolulu has moved into Tier 3 of its 4-Tier COVID-19 reopening strategy.

Tier 3 maintains focus on reducing the spread of COVID-19 on Oahu, with criteria set for loosening and tightening restrictions on businesses and activities to keep residents of Honolulu healthy. Tier 3 includes many eased restrictions, however our residents, visitors and businesses must remember that all previous social distancing standards remain in place. These include face covering requirements (unless a specific exemption or exception applies), 6-foot physical distancing between individuals and groups, and proper hand hygiene either by frequent washing or use of hand sanitizers.
