The City and County of Honolulu, in partnership with Nomi Health, are proud to launch a new COVID-19 drive through testing site conveniently located at the Neal S. Blaisdell Arena beginning Monday, Sept. 13, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
